SQUASH DRESSING

 6 small yellow squash             

½ cup chopped bell pepper            

½ cup celery chopped

½ cup onion chopped                      

½ tsp garlic salt   &   ½ tsp pepper

½ tsp. salt    

 Dash of Accent                        

¼ cup vegetable oil

1 ½ cup cornbread                    

1 egg                                                   

cups cheddar cheese

 Sauté squash, bell pepper, and onion in oil, add salts, Accent, black pepper.  Cover and cook until tender, Combine cornbread, egg, and squash mixture. Bake in 9 x 13” pan for 25 minutes in 350-degree oven.  Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes
