POTATO CASSEROLE December 19, 2011

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 cups sour cream

½ cup chopped onions

10-oz cheddar cheese shredded

1tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

2 pound package hash brown potatoes

½ stick butter

2 cups corn flakes


6 medium potatoes cooked, peeled and grated                   

½ cup green onions chopped

2 cups crated cheddar cheese                                                

½ cup melted butter

2 cups sour cream                                                              

salt and pepper to taste

 Combine all ingredients.  Turn into a two quart buttered casserole dish.  Bake 200 degrees for one hour.
